F1 student visa

I live with my husband in USA with my daugther (US Citizen & Son-inlaw). Both of us are greencard holders. My son & duagther-in-law are in India. My daughter-in-law in India would like to come to USA to study. She has Masters in India. What are their (my daughter-in-law to get student visa & for my son dependent) chances for them to get the visa, asuming she gets accepted in a college?

We are willing to provide the financial support while they are in USA.

Thank you.

see, this is a very shady proposition because, F1 assumes that you are responsible to convince the interviewer that you will come back to india after your studies. i somehow dont think that its will be believavble When you are going to have parents in US and sister as citizen.

so in order for you to not let the interviewer know that you have family in india. for this you cannot sponsor them. show the money as being in her husbands(your sons) account. if you have a house show that you have a house here and that you will be coming back. actually i would suggest that you get the F1 first showing that husband is in india and hence you are likely to come back. then once that is through get husbands F2 visa application after she gets to US and starts her college saying that two years is a very long time to be apart.
