Like i said I am an F1 student that is out of status for over 4 years now. so i overstayed my period here in the US. I've been notified for the dv-2013 lottery processing that i want to take advantage of to regularize my status. I need council and guidance of what are my choices and what are my chances to get this thing through. the country of cheargability is TOGO.
