My wife has approved f1 status from H4 to F1 in Aug 2006. she went to india vacation for summer and had to appear for F1 visa in july 2007.
Legal advise to me was not to apply for AOS on f1 but change it to H4 within US.
Once you enter the country on f1 can we go out of country to bahamas, mexico etc and get H4 the same month ? will this be an issue ?
