I am having 2years work experience in a software company.I was on probation last semester and I got into trouble again by not getting above 3.0 Semester GPA(I am standing in the tip) and thus being disqualified from the university. Now I need to apply for reinstatement and it usually takes up to 1year as the university is no longer having spring intake. So I would have to wait for 1 more full year after taking some subjects from American Languages courses to maintain my F1 status and then take up 2 under graduate courses in the next semester and score a B+ each. The peculiar situation with me is I passed all subjects by the end of this semester as I scored 3 Bs and passed all the subjects and I am standing on the tip.If I had gotten at least 1 B+ I would've come out of probation and also not be disqualified.
But, I cannot afford to spend another 1 year and then wait for 1 more semester before I can apply for an internship. As they told students who have been disqualified and reinstated have to wait for 1 full semester before they can apply for Internship. So virtually I will lose 3 semester where I cant work for internships. Also they told my I20 from the university will be invalid and I need to get another I20 from either the American Languages department or I need to get another I20 from another 3rd class university and take 1 subject from that university and take 2 Undergraduate courses from my present university to come out of disqualification.
I dont've the financial status to pay for another university.
But I have a question-regarding myself escaping out of this situation.
Is it possible for me to apply for an unpaid consultancy and pay some money who can file me an H1b which will help me stay in this country legally while taking up 2 Undergraduate courses to help me come out of probation from SJSU?And also do anybody know where and how to find such consultancies or small start ups that'll offer you jobs and file you an H1B Visa at the same time.
I need help now and I am in California,so I am unsure of the laws that apply in this state and in the country regarding F1 status and transferring to H1B status. Also is there any hindrence of me changing my status from an F1 status to H1B status at the time of this tricky situation.
Help needed.Thanks in advance

Buying a visa is illegal. You can certainly try to find a legitimate employer to file for an H1B; however, you cannot work until Oct 1 at the earliest so you should expect to exit the country until that time.

Respectable universities (even as you call them "3rd class:) require that you be in good academic standing (not dismissed) in order for you to transfer or even attend.

You should exit the country and reapply for admission once you are again eligible. You have a better chance of getting a job in your home country than in the US since there are many workers who have met all of the academic requirements of their programs; you have not.
