Hey guys,
I had changed my visa from H4 to F1 in Aug 2005. I now need to go to my home country and get the visa stamped at the US consulate there. My husband has got his labor certification cleared but hasn't yet filed for the Green Card (I-140-485). So what are my chances of getting the F1 stamping?
