I am on H1B and my spouse is on F1. She changed her status from H4 to F1 some time back and she has completed half of her graduation program. We are planning to go to Canada to get her F1 and my H1B extension stamped. We heard some discouraging comments about getting F1 stamped from Canada under this condition, that it gets rejected and should only be stamped from home country.
Any good or bad experiences under similar conditions would be helpful!
