My DSO told me that my SEVIS was terminated in April 2024 after he failed to register my records. He never told me of this development until 12/12/24. He wrote a letter of support explaining his error and admitted his fault in the letter. I have applied for reinstatement. The sad thing is during this period, I was doing CPT unknowingly that my SEVIS was terminated. When I was told my SEVIS was terminated, I stopped my CPT and applied for F1 reiinstatement in January 2025. What are my chances of getting approval?
