F1 Reinstatement Time-frame

Hello,

For factors not under my control, I went out of status in Fall 04 and consequently, I'm filing papers for reinstatement with in a month in Philadelphia, PA.

Can somebody please let me know the time-frame it takes for this process(Reinstatement process) to be complete. I would deeply appreciate your replies.
