F1 reinstated but did not recieve new I-94

Hi,

I had applied for my F1 reinstatement in september 2005 and I got my I-20
with F1 reinstatement stamped by the USCIS in november2005. I did not recieve my new I-94 along with my I-20 that USCIS sent me. Also I would like to know how long does it take for the sevis record to be updated.

can any one help me in this issue.
