close friend of mine had f1 visa, graduated w 4yr college degree. then went out of status for 3 years basically, not working or didnt get in any trouble but ended up staying back in us for like 3 years.
1. is there a recommended way for them to get back into status
2. if they decide to leave, will it trigger a 10yr ban? is there a recommended smooth 'exit strategy' to enable coming back to us in immediate future on visitor visas.
whats the best way to approach this, hes still in us not sure how to proceed. if theres a way to get back into sevis without trigerring 10yr ban, it would be ideal.
also, not sure if mr. khanna would deal with such cases or if there are any other lawyer recommendations for such cases.
