Hi All,

I came to the USA with F1 and have not graduated yet with my Masters. I got my H1 approved in Regular quota. I am now planning to go for Visa Stamping in Mexico
1) Will there be any problem in visa stamping, since i have not completed my Masters?
2) What kind of questions do they ask?
3) I have started working as a S/W Consultant.. Will there be any issues at the visa stamping?

Thanks in advance..

I belive that you obtained H-1 based on the bachelor's degree. Yes, you may still go to Mexico - however, please carry your educational evaluations for the prior degrees.

Thanks for the information.
But one small query,

- I have my Bachelors in textiles(India) and Masters in textiles(USA).
- Currently working as a S/W consultant(IT).
- Will there be any problems with visa stamping?
- Are you aware of anyone having similar issues?

Thanks in advance!

Get a letter from your employer to show how your skills match the job you do, or they can add this info on the regular employer's letter you are taking.

In addition, I think, the educational evaluation document (for H-1B) may have the argument about why your degree is suitable for the software consulting job.
