F1/OPT related question.

I have done my undergrad (engineering ) from US. My OPT will end on May 31st,08. I have joined a consultant and they said they will work on my H1. However they also said that I have a 50 50 chance of getting it due to lottery system. So I am planning to give my GMAT and apply for MBA starting Fall 08. In between I have 3 months gap out of which I can stay in US on grace period for two months but cannot legally work during that time. I would like to enroll in some school starting May till August so that I don't have to sit at home idle. I talked to Kaplan University but they said that they do not have any branch in Chicago where I can enroll for classes. I cannot even enroll in Kaplan online courses. I also thought of doing some certification course but being an international student I cannot do so. Can someone please tell me what are my options to utilize those three months so that I can be in status again? Thanks
