I came to US in Aug 2009 , and graduated in May 2011. I had applied for OPT but on OPT i got an RFE , and i dont have sufficient evidence to overcome the RFE. I have been given time till JAN 1st to reply to RFE. Now , can i join an community college within January and withdraw my RFE application to maintain my F1 Status?
