Hi,
I was on F1 (1998-2004)-OPT (2004-2005)-H1B (2005-2006) from 1998-present (always in status).
I'm now planning to go to India to get H1B stamped.
What are the chances of getting stuck with 221g admin processing with Ph.D from US, MS from India and valid H1B and other paperwork? I currently work for a Department of Energy facility.
Would like to hear the experiences of others in similar situation who did or did not have 221g process and how long it took.
