F1 on CPT : Tax questions

Hi,
I'm on F1(since fall '06) & currently interning (on CPT) at Raleigh ,NC.

I want to know :

1.Am I exempted from paying Social Secutity Taxes ?
2.Can I claim any benefit thru' the US-India Tax treaty ?
