I am currently F1, used to be J-2. Just got married to a U.S. citizen. I just found out I have to waiver first in order to file for a green card, also I will be graduated this May (I-20 ends). I plan to keep going to school, but I don't know what kind of visa or paper work I should have by then if I did not get my waiver and start my green card process. Thanks.
