I applied for change of staus to F1 in vermont center. My notice date was March 12th..Still haven't heard anythign from them. Its 4 months now. Has anyone experienced this kind off delay? Whenever i try calling all they say is its pending. Some say may be it must be in security check. What is that? I din't know they do this for change of status to F1 from H4. Has anyone waited for this long? what did you do?
