Hi, my husband applied I485 first and later I applied too. I have also applied EAD, AP and never used them. I have a valid F1 visa. The EAD is expired in August. But later when I read the forum, I found somebody said F1 becomes invalid at the moment I485 filling. Is that true? If that is true, what should I do as the school still pay me through TA? Thanks.
