Here is my situation: I am currently on a H1-B Visa. I am going to marry soon and my fiancée is in F-1 Visa here in US. Is it possible for me to marry her here? If so, can I get her status converted to H4 (dependent on H1-B) after marrying her here and being in US? And if it is possible, what is the time frame within which she can obtain a H4?

Yes - to all your questions. But if your wife converts to H4, she would not be eligible for RA/TA stipends, and wont be eligible for OPT. For chaning to H4, see www.ins.gov and follow links to forms and look at I-539. Processing time depends on the INS service center, which you can find on many websites like this one.
