I finished my masters in dec 2008 and currently working as a contractor in OPT with the consultant A. My OPT expires on Dec 2009 and i am eligible for OPT extension also..I currently applied for H1b this year with another consultant company "B" and got it approved..my current job will last for another 11 months...but if i take up the H1b i will have to leave the A company...and the B company does not assure me of any job....So what shall i do now...If i cancel the H1b will i get the money back i spent on it...waiting for ur comments...please help...
