F1-H1 stamping -Did not finish Masters

Hi,

I have come to US on F1 .I have finished all my course work but did not finish my project yet.I did not have a job for about 6 months (I did register for 1 credit and maintained my F1 status) then worked on my CPT
and am now on my OPT.I got my H1 approved and it is going to start on dec 15th.I have an appointment in Chennai in jan last week
1)Will there be any problem since I donot have my Masters degree certificate 2)Will there be any problem because of the 6 months I did not have a job
I am assuming this will not be a problem because I was in Student status and registered for a credit in school.Please confirm.
I have seen a question about the consulate officer asking "Have you ever been in a no-job no-salary situation.Will that apply to me ?What should my answer be ?


2)I have been in the same company for the last 9 months 4 months as a consultant and as a full time employee for the last 5 months .I have been on OPT all the while and my H1 will start on this 15th
I will have about 2-3 paystubs on my H1 by the time I go for stamping(I have all the paystubs as a consultant and full time employee on OPT) .Will that be ok ?

If you don't have the cert. that's fine as far as you jave the right info. in your H1 petetion. (like finished courses for Masters, or candidate for masters in XXX YYYY).
