F1 -> H1 Question

Hi,

I am on F1 status and would be graduating in May 2004 . I would like to know what will happen to the F1 status if I file for H1 visa and it gets approved by Feb/ Mar 2004? Can I continue to finish my course with H1 visa status?

You can ask for a later start date for the H1. You can also join the company after 2-3 months from h1 approval.
