I am planning to go for F1 to H1 stamping next month in mexico at ciudad juarez consulate.
I recently got H1 on October 1st 2004 and my payroll did not start yet. I do not have any paystubs with me. My OPT exprires Feb 2005. How risky it is to go to the consulate with out any pay stubs.
And if in case my visa is rejected can i return to US. My F1 visa is valid till 2006 and my I-94 card is valid through my duration of study. My I-20 and OPT card state that i am eligible to work till Feb 2005.
