I came to US in 2000 on F1 from INDIA. I finished my BS and continued to MS in the same university. My F1 visa expired in Jun 2005. Going to INDIA in Dec 2005 for marriage. Now since my visa is expired, I need to get it restamped. I still have 1 semester to graduate (thesis pending).
1) Wot are my chances?
2) Should I prove my intent of returning back to INDIA after graduation?
3-a) Was on CPT (for Internship in a company) from May 05 til Dec 05. Should this be counted as work experience (for form DS156)?
3-b) Will they find out about this, if I say 'NO work experience'? How will this effect towards my changes of approval?
4) Since I already have the admission to MS and am just about to graduate in a semester, do I need to show my GRE and other scores?
5) Wot all documents do I need to take with me? Any suggestions will be helpful!
6) My financee had applied for her F1 in July - got rejected. Now I will take her with me for F2. Wot are her chances?
My appointment is in 2 weeks from now.
