Hi everyone,
i discontinued from my school and got my h1 last year (oct 2005) and iam in full time employment currently.(Entered US on F1 in jan 2005)

I have few questions.

1. Will the visa stamping be easier for my case and what are the papers i have to take (pay stubs etc ) and how many?

2. can i go for the stamping in mexico or canada?

If someone could please answer, that would be appreciatable.Did anybody faced the same situation;please share the experience.

Thank You

You shouldn't have any trouble with getting your H1 stamped in your home country. Just make sure that you take all the usual papers. You can find such a list anywhere, for example path2usa or just google for it. Better still, just tell you company's attorney/HR person that you're going home for stamping and they should be able to give you all the necessary docs.
As for Canada/Mexico stamping, the rules have changed so many times in the past few years that I don't remember if you can. Most likely not, if this is the first stamping for H1. H1 to H1 transfer is ok but I"m not sure about F1-H1. Just google around or wait till someone else answers this part of your question.
Good luck!
