i discontinued from my school and got my h1 this yr (oct 2005) and iam in full time employment currently.(Entered US on F1 in jan)
I have few questions.
1. Will the visa stamping be easier for my case and what are the papers i have to take (pay stubs etc ) and how many?
2. can i go for the stamping in mexico or canada?
If someone could please answer, that would be appreciatable.
