I am in the second master program which means I am holding F1 now. I didn't apply OPT at the end of my first program and started my second right after the graduation of my first degree.
I wonder what if I get an offer now, can I apply H1B directly? Since the H1B quotes has yet to be filled now. That means I will drop my second degree at the same time. Thanks!
