F1 denied.Can this affect my existing valid B1/B2?

I have traveled to the US several time on a Busines trip. I have a valid 5 years visitors visa in my passport. Resently (in July) I applied for Student visa (F1) and I was denied because of lack of funds to cover the entire study period.
Please will this denial affect my existing valid visitors visa (B1/B2) in case I want to go to the US again on a Business trip?

I think, you should be fine as long as you never overstay in the USA.
