F1: continuing education from Bachelor to Master

I have a F1 visa, I am currently finishing my Bachelor's degree. I should be graduating in June 2009 (I did more classes to finish 3 months early)

What can I do to get a Master's degree? Do I need to ask for another F1 visa or renew the one that I already have? What form should I compile?

You will not need a visa unless you are leaving the country and re-entering. But you will need a new I-20 and complete transfer/extend fomalities with the school. School's advisor will guide you.
