F1 but Urgent!!marriage and re-entry in US!!please help

I am on F1 and will get married to a green card holder this week but I will leave for India shortly due to emergency situation in family and will come back only after 1 semester. But I will not apply for green card right away and will remain on F1 till I complete my studies/get a job. Will I have re-entry problem in US? Will INS come to know that I got married and will they pose problems when i re-enter doupting my intentions.Should I get married only after returning?

INS can't find out unless you tell them u got married to a GC holder or if you apply for GC BEFORE you re-enter US. Don't do these two and u'll be fine.
 
There should not be any problem in marrying a GC holder while on F1. The problem will occur only if you start the GC process. You dont have to. You will have to maintain nonimmigrant intent while reentering the US.

If your F1 visa needs to be renewed then you will need to reveal your marital status on the visa application form, and whether certain relatives (spouse included) are permanent residents. So that could be a problem.
