Hi all!
I was under a F1 visa going to colege in the US. After 6 years I left the country (in good terms, never been out of status) without completing my major. But during my stay I did a CPT with a company who applied for my greencard, which got thru labor certification but stopped at I-140 (the USCIS requested some expensive documentation and we just abandoned the case).
Now, I want to complete school. But on the F1 visa form theres a question asking if anyone has filed an immigrant petition in my behalf. Is this the I-140? Do I have to check that option "Yes"? And if so, will it severely impact my visa interview?
