heres my twisted question ....
ok .. first one is that..
Q 1. my granma who is a citizen petitioned my dad .. and we fall in the F3 category.. we are all in the united states now under various visas .. dads priority date is in may this year( filed in May 97) ..how do we go on about gettin our greencard. we have also filed an adjustment of status .
Q2. will my brother and i who are over 21( 22 and 23 ) be included and granted greencard in the same petition ?
Q3.i am on my F1 visa which expires next year.. and i am planin to marry a greencard holder , will i have anyproblems?? i understand that there will be a question on the ;intent' of the marriage .. bu we are plannin to get married hia and well stay hia..could you please advise m on this??
