I m in a great trouble. I am on F-1 visa and got married recently. My wife was denied the F-2 visa and we dont see a way out of this. Generally dependent visa r not denied but this seems very peculiar.
If somebody has any clue abou this problem it will be a great help.
He was in Madras. Can you share any details like what was the reason the IIO told your wife for denial. My bro. wife was not told any reason except that the IIO said sorry we cannot give visa at this time. Is there any chance that they can go again? If so after how long. Can you give me the details if you are aware of them.
