Please I need your help in two issues:
My wife is planning to go back home for short visit (she has F-2 which is expired) but I am not planning to go with her (I also have expired F-1) and she needs to apply for F-2 again.
1- She has a sister on citizenship (was married to a US citizen). Here sister now is not in the US, but now she is working at home country. Last time when my wife applied she didn't mention her sister. Sould she do it this time? Can they know about relatives in the US? if she mention her sister this time, isn't true they may tell her why you didn't mention last time and it may be a problem now!?
2- Can she apply for F-2 renewal even if my F-1 is expired? Note: I-20 is valid until 2009.
