I just got married a couple of weeks ago. i graduate in december 06. i start my opt from jan 07. i am already interning in a company here in MI and the company has offered me full time starting jan 07. My company is applying for h1 but i will only get my approval starting oct 07.
My question is that can i get my wife here on f-2 when i am on opt and if i can how difficult is it for her to get the visa..i am applying for her i-20 already.
my 2nd question is that how difficult is it to get her status converted from f-2 to h1b since she has 3 years of experience in .net and has a master's herself.
