F-1 Working for overseas company

Hi,

Please help me.
I am a F-1 student.
I am planning to work for the overseas company (my home country). This is an Internet Store Company. The company takes Internet orders (mainly from US customers that need overseas delivery), delivers goods to overseas customers (probabily to US customers friends/relatives) from a warehouse located overseas. My participation is to collect money from US customers and transfer to overseas.

Is it legal for me to do? What should I do to make it legal.
What if i am paid or not paid?

Can I open my own business (branch of the overseas company) in US and ask someone to "collect money" for me?

I still have another question then.

Say the overseas company is newly formed and has no plans for growth (no investment requires at least yet).

If I am an owner for US based company, and the company makes profit from US customers, how Am I going to get dividents? There are no investments per se.
