hi im a US Citizen and currently live in California and my girlfriend is currently under F-1 visa. she needs to come in and out of the country. because shes pregnant and currently in S.Korea because her family. summer vacation will end soon and she wont be able to add any classes. but she said that she can still come and go for 60 more days. wich i hope someone can clarify it for me ^^. my problem is as follows, i want to marry her in S.korea and come to USA but i heard you cannot ? is this true ? therefore i heard that i need to marry her in USA (california) where i live so that her F-1 Visa will change to something else. so this is what i have decided. ill bring her to california and get a marriage certificate and and change to whatever visa i need so that i can go back to S.korea and have a marriage there and come back to USA.
please this is very urgent . there must be a way where she can come in and out of USA . after getting marriage certificate in USA and after a month or 2 marriage must take place in S.korea because family matter.thanx and sorry if all this is too disorganized.
p.s. im currently in S.korea as well because my girlfriend's family ^^
