F-1 visa and got DUI..

I am planning to travel my home country, but there is a problem.
I was conviced DUI last year and now i have completed all the programs
and community services that court ordered. Also paid all the fines.
However, I am not sure this DUI would be the factor that might block me
from coming back to U.S. I was sentenced 13 days of jail, but i did other
stuffs for that. I heard that it has to be more than six months of jail.
Is it true? Please give me some information.

Are u still on an F-1?...u'll have to worry abt it only if u change ur status!....else it'll be ok!....but do make sure u carry all ur court documents and police records with u.
