I have applied for change of status from F-1 to J-1. I received the approval notice for the same. It has been over 10 days after receving approval notice. However, I have yet not received my DS-2019/IAP-66. I contacted INS but their customer representative have no idea about the form. Thy only tell my case status (which is approved). Could you pleade help me? Do you know how much time it takes to receve DS-2019 after approval.
