F-1 to H-4 (and GC simultaneously) ?

New user here. Any help will be appreciated.

My wife is currently on a F-1. I am on a H1-B, and had applied for a NIW/I-140/I-485 before I got married.

I have to do two things now. Get my wife onto H-4 and also apply for a spousal I-140/I-485/EAD/AP based on my application.

My question is that whether I have to go about doing this in two steps ?

Option A:

Apply for COS for F-1 to H-4 for my wife
Then apply for spousal I-140/I-485/EAD/AP for my wife

Option B:
---------
Apply simultaneously for COS for F-1 to H-4, and also for spousal I-140/I-485/EAD/AP for my wife


Which option is preferable ? Are there some gotchas ?
