I am currently enrolled as a full time student. My future employer has filed for my H-1 and it got accepted. I received the I- 797 as well as the I -94.
But as you all know that i can't start work until October 01 2007.
My question is that, from now until October 01 2007, if i decide to stop schooling, what chances am i taking with respect to my status.
