F-1 to H-1 Multiple employers

I am currently on F-1 and have 2 job offers. Is it possible to apply for H-1 in Both in parallel. I previously held an H-1 and is within 1 year when I converted to F1 due to family reasons.

What if both get approved. Am I free to join any of the 2 positions.
