F-1 to H-1, filling the gap

Hi,

I have an H1-B approved from 1st Oct 2004. I am currently on F1 - (1st year) and I wish to transfer to a community college for some reasons.

When I subsequently process my Green Card, will this move affect my processing at all and will it also affectif I were to subsequently go back to India for H1-b stamping.

I dont think it will affect your Greencard Stamping
and by the way while getting the New H1-B dont you get your I-94 ???
You can go to canada or mexico to get stamped right ??
