F-1 to H-1 based on my undergrad qualifications during my MBA

Hello all,

general question,

If I were doing my MBA on my F-1 and had previously finished a Bachelors on F-1 as well, can a company apply for my H-1b based on the fact that I have my bachelors only, prior to me finishing my MBA?
