Hi! I'm an international student on F-1 visa. I'm graduating this December, and the commencement will be held on Dec 18th. However, the expiration date written on my I-20 is Dec 31st. That means I have a 13-days gap between my 'actual' graduation and my I-20's expiration. Here's the thing, I'm planning for a Caribbean cruise vacation with my family after the commencement, from Dec19-26 to be exact. Is it possible to do so? Will the immigration officer let me get back into the US after the cruise has ended? Thank you in advance.
