usually when you are in status (like you) and ur asylum application gets denied by the immigration officer after the interview, you get a notice of intent to deny from USCIS. your case is obviously different because of the fraudulent. you need a really really really good immigration attorney!!!! do that fast and start putting a case together!!! USCIS is very serious about application fraudulent and believe me, they won't take their time to put you in removal proceedings!!!
