HI, I had a f-1 visa since 2004-2009 and I got out of status and overstayed for 2 years and half and recently applied for new school and got accepted and got a new I-20. The new school told me that I need to re-enter the country with a new visa which I only can apply at my home country. But the problem is if I go back, i will face the army issue in my country and hard to re-apply a new f-1 visa with my previous records. I am asking are there any solutions that allows me to attend my new school first without re-entry until Winter vacation starts and return back home and re-apply my new visa in order to come back to continue my education

You have overstayed visa you you'll be banned from entering US for many years. Getting new F-1 or Changing the status is a big task for you.

yep. 10 year ban, and it is not possible to change out of status to any status inside US. except some FBI programs.

Hmm, no. For people on F1, the I-94 usually doesn't have a fixed date, but rather the mark D/S for Duration of Status. In this case, the time towards the ban only starts when USCIS or an immigration judge says so.
