F-1 Status married to green card holder

My wife is on a F-1 status and i am on green card status, what\'s the proper procedure of filing for her greencard???

can i file for I-130 and I-485 at the same time??? or should i first apply for the I-130 and wait till the immigration responds and then apply for the I-485????

No, you cannot file I-485 with I-130. Unless you are a USC or you were already married to her at the time you were granted LPR status, your wait will be long. If you\'re eligible, you may want to consider filing for Citizenship. E-mail me directly for a consult.
