Dear all:
I (H-1B) filed I-140 based on outstanding prof/researcher category several months ago and filed concurrent I-485 according to new law when my I-140 is pending. My wife is a F-1 student and filed I-485 with me. We got a question:
my wife will graduate in the end Dec. 2002. After she graduate, she can not hold F-1. In case concurrent appliction of I140/I485 is denied before Dec, what her status should be then or after her graduation?
In case the application is denied after Dec, what her status should be after the denial? She will be out of status?
