F-1 rejected, applying for H-4

My sister had applied for F-1 3 times, but was rejected on all occasions. The reason given by the consulate was that the officer was not convinced enough that she would return to India after her studies.

Now, she is getting married and will be applying for H-4 to come to the U.S. Do any of you know if there will be any complications? Have any of you experienced this before? Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated.

If she wil lbe going to Chennai Consulate, then they might hassle!! I don't know about other consulates.
 
had a friend with same problem

she had her f1 rejected twice and and h1 once. she applied for her h4 no problems at chennai got it stamped

all the best!!
